Meadows Racetrack & Casino is a $175-million, 350,000-square-foot state-of-the-art casino & entertainment destination that includes 3,700 slot machines, an electronic table-games pit, Bistecca, a mezzanine level Italian steakhouse with views of the gaming floor, a new covered racing grandstand with a 450 seat Terrace Cafe, all-ages bowling center, simulcast area, a 327-seat Food Court featuring several specialty micro-restaurants, VIP super boxes, and live entertainment.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development, and construction drawing production. The project master plan also considered future phases of the development including a tunnel connection to a concert amphitheater, reflecting pools, ice rinks, and a signature hotel expansion.
