This development is composed of a 9 storey, and appoximently 150,000 sq.ft Corporate head office facility located within the south commerce valley business park. The landscape architecture was designed to engage the highly reflective quality of the buildings glass curtain wall architecture. A long allee of trees creates a dramatic entrance thru the parking lot to emphasize the sense of arrive experience. Private seating areas, feature paving, rockery stone gardens, and site furnishings combine to create an elegant and award winning corporate landscape.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development for this property and the south commerce valley business park. Contract tendering, plant material procurement, and construction administration / observation services were also provided to ensure the construction and finished details met the design intent.
