sandringham drive estate
CLIENT: Private Residence
Toronto, Ontario

A 10,000 sq.ft. french country home inspired custom residence located on a large treed ravine property. The landscape vision draws from the native surroundings to create a natural northern poolside resort atmosphere including a rock waterfall feature, infinity edge swimming pool with large stone outcrops uniquely designed & set into the pool shell, a sunken private ravine side lower patio and cabana, an outdoor masonry barbeque island and entertainment courtyard with connecting basement walkout terraced planters. Phase two of the project integrated the addition of adjacent lands for sports activities including a private synthetic turf tennis court.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development, and construction drawing production. Project bidding assistance, plant material procurement, and construction administration / observation services were also provided to ensure the construction and finished details met the design intent.
